Robert Lewis Property is a professional estate agency with over a decade of experience in selling, letting, and managing residential properties in North, Northwest, and Central London. Our founder has been working as an estate agent for 11 years and has gained substantial experience to start his own business.

We offer a variety of services to our clients, including an extra level of management called “Hands Free Management.” This service ensures that we take full care of our client’s properties, organize and pay for all safety certificates, such as EPC, Gas Safety, EICR, and Pat Testing, as well as Rent Guarantee Insurance.

Although we are a relatively new business, we are owned and run by experienced staff who understand the property market inside out. Our mission is to be an estate agent that clients, buyers, and renters can trust, and our values are integrity, honesty, and trust.

We specialize in selling and renting residential properties of all ranges, from budget studios and one-bedroom flats to high-end central London houses, luxury apartments, and penthouses. Our services include residential sales, rentals, and management, as well as recommendations for other property-related services such as solicitors, maintenance companies, professional cleaning companies, removal companies, etc.

To ensure that we offer our clients the best possible service, we use Property Management Software, Adobe Sign for safe, fast, and efficient document signing and storing, online brochure designing software, Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for processing photographs, and virtual tours. We also use WhatsApp for the fastest service, unlike any other agents, we use WhatsApp Business more than phone or SMS messages.
